This plugin extends the built-in footnote facility of DokuWiki, providing additional features and more flexible handling of notes and citations. It's useful for sites that make extensive use of footnotes and citations. It also allows the creation of “note blocks” that can be used to override the automatic placement of footnotes – this is especially useful for pages that will be included in other pages.
